We’re in a new era of leadership, and there’s a huge opportunity for women in the space that’s opening up.
The world we’re leading in has changed enormously, but a lot of the rules we’ve inherited around success haven’t; work harder, accept less, keep proving yourself, achieve more. We have learnt to follow a fairly linear path and assume the next milestone will be the one that makes it all feel worth it.
I’m far more interested in what we choose to build from here. More women are creating wealth, holding positions of influence and shaping businesses and industries, at the same time as technology is completely changing the way we work. The things that make us human matter more than ever.
Through The Feminine Edge and Huuman Global, I work with female CEOs, founders, leaders and their teams on exactly that: developing the self-trust, capacity, intuition and authority to lead what comes next, rather than continuing to succeed by rules that no longer fit.
