We worked closely with their contractor to incorporate risk and insurance considerations into the build and when an unexpected delay extended the renovation, we arranged an extension to their existing cover.

As the home neared completion, the final details were brought together: a monitored intruder alarm, connected fire system and security lighting, alongside an up-to-date jewellery valuation to ensure the right cash-rated safe, with capacity for future acquisitions.

With everything in place, the insurance survey was completed with the underwriter and specialist surveyor, leading to a bespoke High Net Worth policy designed to protect the home, possessions, and family for the years ahead.
